What changed, and what is still unknown
A spend-change memo records a change in a spend plan without promising a return.
Date the memo. State the previous figure only if it was already confirmed. State the new figure only if it was already confirmed. Then write what you still do not know. ATSI HALENESS INC will not publish a memo that promises revenue, approval, or a return on ad spend. If no figure has been confirmed, the memo names the blank instead of inventing a number.
